One dashboard, two kinds of care.
The Serra dashboard runs at the nurses' station. It turns every conversation into care notes, keeps the whole facility in view, and makes sure each resident is known, respected and connected. Explore it from both sides below.
For carers, nurses and managers at the nurses' station.
What the same dashboard means for each resident.
See who needs you first
- Residents ranked by attention needed, for the current shift and wing
- A single list of flags, missed prompts and robots that need attention
- Open anyone's full record with one tap
Start every shift with clear priorities, instead of hunting through notes.
Serra documents and reminds. Judgement stays with your team.
The same principles run through every screen of the dashboard.
Nothing leaves the building.
Data comes from the Serra Hub over the facility network into an encrypted local cache. Audio is streamed on demand and never stored on the computer.
Every action is logged.
Each view, edit and camera check is audit-logged against the signed-in carer, with roles for carers, managers and administrators.
People stay in charge.
Memories are confirmed by staff, family updates are approved before sending, and flags are reviewed by the care team.
Keeps working offline.
If the hub is unreachable, carers see an encrypted local copy, and changes queue until the connection returns.
